1. When will the Alpha Test be launched?
The Alpha Test will be launched at 8:00pm EST (GMT-5) on January 19th, 2010.

2. How can I get an Alpha Test key?
Simply click on http://ag.igg.com/event/alphakey/ to take part in activities that reward winners with Alpha Keys.

3. How can I activate the key?
Simply visit http://www.igg.com/member/active_game.php?gid=17  to activate your key.

4. Will all characters created during the Alpha Test be saved for use in the Closed Beta test?
Yes.
To know whether the characters created during the Closed Beta test will be saved for the future use or not, please stay tuned to the latest news on the Altis Gates official website.

5. Will the AT client still be available during the Closed Beta test?
No.
If you've already installed the AT client onto your PC, you can run it to upgrade.
If you did not install the AT client, just download the Closed Beta client to join in the Closed Beta Test.

6. Can we use an Alpha Test account to join in the Closed Beta test?
Of course.
